In 2014, CVS Pharmacy stopped selling tobacco products. It was a pretty big deal, lots of people were talking about it. So my writer and I locked ourselves up in a war room, responding to tweets in real time, creating custom gifs with personal tweet responses to policy makers, government officials, celebrities, anyone and everyone who supported our cause.
